What You Grant Us by submitting, you grant Red Indie Radio a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to:
You retain all ownership of your work. You may withdraw permission at any time by emailing us; withdrawal will not affect past broadcasts already made.
By submitting music to WRIR you certify the following:
1.Originality: I certify this song is 100% original to me and is not a cover.
2.Co-writer permission (if applicable): I certify that all co-writers have read and agree to these guidelines and have granted me permission to submit the song for airplay on Red Indie Radio.
3. AI usage limited to production: If AI was used, it was used only in production of the song (e.g., mixing/mastering/sound design) and not to create a cover or otherwise infringing content.
4.No label/contract: I am not signed to a label and there is no contract in place for this song at the time of submission.
5.Station policy: I have read, understand, and agree to Red Indie Radio’s policy, certify statements, and guidelines.
6.Authority to grant rights: I am authorized to grant Red Indie Radio the non-exclusive, royalty-free broadcast license described above.

- Original works only: No covers, samples without clearance, or unauthorized derivatives.
- Ownership & permissions: If co-written, you must have—and certify that you have—permission from all co-writers to submit the track for airplay and that they have read and agree to these terms.
- AI usage: If artificial intelligence (AI) tools were used, they were used only in production (e.g., mixing, mastering, sound design) and not to create a cover or infringing work.
- Label/contract status: You (and this song) are not currently signed to a label and have no contract in place for the song at the time of submission
- Station policy: You agree to our station policy, certify statements, and guidelines as set forth on this page.
- Right to decline: Red Indie Radio may decline any submission at its sole discretion.
